Nikki Tamboli, who rose to fame with her stint in Colors TV’s Bigg Boss 14, recently made headlines with her proximity with Bigg Boss Marathi 5’s co contestant Arbaz Patel. While several reports claimed that Arbaz is already in a relationship with Leeza Bindra, the Splitsvilla fame has now denied any association with the actress.

After the show coming to an end, speculations surrounding the relationship status of Nikki and Arbaz has been at an all time high. While the actress has gone ahead to address Arbaz as her ‘best friend’ quite a few times, in a recent interaction with Instant Bollywood, when she was quizzed about the same, she opened up on her feelings for Arbaz. When asked if they are now official, the Bigg Boss Marathi fame said, ”No! I mean, I won’t deny that we are more than friends, we are. But abhi bhi hum ek dusre ko samajh ke le rahe hai, samja rahe hai, ek dusre ki life ko dekh rahe hai ke bahar kiski zindagi kaisi hai, kaise sab kuch karna hai. So let me tell you, it is not official but I won’t deny or accept a few things. For example, yes I like him, pyaar hai toh hai. Ab wo kaisa hai, dosti wala hai, I do not know.”

”I am still understanding him because he is a very nice guy,” Nikk further adds.

For the uninformed, Nikki and Arbaz met and fell for each other in the Bigg Boss Marathi season 5 house. While the actor was still committed to Leeza Bindra outside the show, who was also extending her support to him, when out of the house, Arbaz, in his interviews clarified that he is no more committed.

Veteran actress Neena Gupta has shared a picture with her newborn granddaughter and said “meri beti ki beti”. The Uunchai actress took to her Instagram on Monday (October 14), where she is seen holding her daughter, fashion designer and entrepreneur, Masaba Gupta’s newborn baby lovingly in her arms.

The actress is seen smiling as she looks at the baby. “Meri beti ki beti – Rab rakha,” she wrote as the caption.

Masaba and her actor husband Satyadeep Misra welcomed their baby girl on October 11. The couple announced the news on Dussehra. The two got married in 2023.

Masaba and Satyadeep had taken to Instagram, where they shared the news about the arrival of their first bundle of joy. They also shared a monochromatic picture of the baby girl’s feet and wrote, “Our very special little girl arrived on a very special day” as they revealed that their daughter was born on Friday (October 11).

The designer was previously married to producer Madhu Mantena. The two chose to go their separate ways in 2019. Earlier, Masaba had shared that her mother Neena Gupta, dissuaded her from taking up the profession of acting early in her daughter’s career.

Masaba shared the reason behind the thought process stating that the market forces would put her in a box as an actress as the industry used to function differently back in time.

In a podcast hosted by Queenie Singh, Masaba said, “She didn’t allow me to be an actor. Okay. Which is why, so I remember there’s Anupam Kher’s acting school in Mumbai. They share a wall with SNDT College. And I said, I want to go and study acting because I want to be an actor. And she said, don’t even think about it. You know, you have this look which is very artsy, international, and almost not Indian. You’ll get put in a box. And the industry at the time was very different”.

Masaba is the daughter of actress Neena and former West Indies cricketer Vivian Richard. The two welcomed their daughter in 1989.

Relief for couple in money laundering case

In a relief for Shilpa and Raj, the Directorate of Enforcement told the Bombay High Court on Thursday (October 10) that it would not act upon the eviction notices issued to the couple till their application against the attachment order is heard and decided by an appellate tribunal.

ED issued notices to the couple on September 27 directing them to vacate their house in Juhu and a farmhouse in Pune in connection with a money-laundering case. The notices were issued pursuant to an attachment order passed by the agency against the couple’s properties.

The couple had challenged this before the HC terming it as arbitrary and illegal.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shilpa was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s debut web series, Indian Police Force, which also starred Sidharth Malhotra and Vivek Oberoi in key roles.
