Law and Order is taken to task by the owners of Mumbai’s Metro Bar and restaurant?

As you all know that this time whole world is suffering from heavy recession due to pandemic called Corona and it’s different variants . If we talk about India there is a huge dent in its economy GDP is going down in drains and common people are suffering from money crunch. In last two years due to lockdown and Corona restrictions Millions of peoples have lost their job and business is either shut down or operated on a very minimal level and now the business people aren’t leaving any stone unturned to cover up losses. But all recoveries should be within the law and order any mode of bussines recovery which invites law and order problem must not be tolerated.

In Mumbai also same tactics are being used by Bar owners with the help of corrupt police officers where rule of law means nothing, for them no Corona guidelines and big no to guidelines of Maharashtra Govt. Though Maharashtra Govt has allowed to operate Restaurant and Bars and Pubs but these guidelines are not at all followed by these Bars and Pubs. And this Law and Order goes for a Six in Andheri West’s Oshiwara Police station where an outlawed Dance Bar is operating fully against guidelines of Maharashtra Govt this bar is close to police station still the owners feel free to operate as per their wishes one of the reasons is Oshiwara police station is runned with any incharge for months and corrupt officers make the operation very easy for the bars and pubs to operate at will. These bars and pubs are operating to the fullest and night life of this area in Mumbai is celebrated to the core even after Corona guidelines and the new variant Omicron. Actually Mumbai’s Oshiwara’s Metro Bar is much crowded where the night life is at it’s peak without any interference of law and order agencies and on top floor of Metro Bar where there is a Huqqa Bar is being operated where youngsters flock in huge numbers till very late night. Though BMC hasn’t given any permission for a Huqqa bar to operate but here two joints are being operated on one license.

As per Govt guidelines a bar can run only on half of the capacity and sanitizer and body temperature check is must for any outlet to function and as per Corona Protocol staff of the Bars must be fully vaccinated but all these are just paper document for these Bars nothing is being followed here. Also talk of the area is more than 35 girls on dance floor putting up an obscene and vulgar show and as per the sources bar owner has taken up all adjusting slum households so that the girls are being hide during a raid and sources also claim that there are more than two cavities for the girls to hide.

When Mumbai Press came to know this from the locals we contacted DCP Mr Manjunath Singe and other related departments and updated them the functioning of the bar. Locals told Mumbai Press that they made complaints to police and BMC officials but no action has taken place till now. This area is always overcrowded because of Dance Bar and Huqqa parlour and this put a risky front on pandemic to spread. Though local DCP has assured Mumbai Press that Mumbai police will come heavily on these joints by appropriate action on these illegal activities and vulgar dances and locals will get a free life soon.

Now it is yet to witness that when this illegal practice of Metro Bar and Huqqa Parlour is acted upon tough. Now it’s worth mentioning that there was a huge raid in Mumbai’s Andheri East Deepa Bar on Saturday Night and about 17 girls were rescued and many arrested for this said vulgar dances and activities

Hyderabad, Dec 23: Telangana’s Minister for Roads and Buildings and Cinematography Komatireddy Venkata Reddy on Monday condemned the attack on the house of Tollywood actor Allu Arjun.

The minister took to ‘X’ to condemn the attack on Allu Arjun’s house in Hyderabad by a group of persons on Sunday over the Sandhya Theatre stampede issue.

“I strongly condemn the attack on the house of film actor Allu Arjun. There is no room for physical attacks in a democracy. No one should act in a way that disrupts peace and order. The matter related to the Sandhya Theatre incident is in court. The law will take its course,” the Minister posted.

Pilibhit (Uttar Pradesh), Dec 23: Three criminals accused of hurling a grenade at police posts in Punjab’s Gurdaspur were killed in an encounter with police in Uttar Pradesh’s Pilibhit early Monday morning, a senior police officer said.

Punjab Police DGP Gaurav Yadav, while sharing details on social media platform X, stated, “In a major breakthrough against a Pak-sponsored Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF) terror module, a joint operation by UP Police and Punjab Police led to an encounter with three module members who fired at the police party. This terror module is involved in grenade attacks at police establishments in border areas of Punjab.”

He said that the three suspects were involved in the grenade attack on a police post in Gurdaspur.

Pilibhit Superintendent of Police (SP) Avinash Pandey reported that the gunfight occurred in the Puranpur police station area between the suspected Khalistani terrorists and a joint team of Punjab and Uttar Pradesh Police.

The injured suspects, identified as Gurvinder Singh, Virendra Singh, and Jasanpreet Singh, sustained injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment.

Authorities recovered two AK-series rifles, two Glock pistols, and a large quantity of ammunition from the scene.

“Early this morning, a team from Punjab Police informed Puranpur police station that suspects in a grenade attack on a police post by alleged Khalistani terrorists might be hiding in the area,” SP Pandey said.

Upon receiving this information, police teams immediately launched a blockade and searched the area. They later received a tip-off about three suspicious young men on a motorcycle, riding dangerously and carrying potentially harmful items, heading toward Pilibhit.

“Both Punjab Police and Puranpur police station staff chased the suspects. Meanwhile, Gajrola and Madhav Thanda police stations were alerted about possible escape routes. At a canal track near an under-construction bridge, the suspects opened fire when challenged by the police. In the retaliatory firing, all three were injured and subsequently sent to CSC Puranpur for treatment,” Pandey said.

However, they later succumbed to the injuries.

Recently, multiple explosions targeted police posts in Gurdaspur. On Thursday, a grenade was hurled at the closed Bakshiwal police post.

A day later, another explosion occurred at the closed Wadala Bangar police post, which had also recently shut down due to staff shortages.

Residents in nearby areas reported being shaken by the blasts. At Wadala Bangar, frightened locals emerged from their homes at night only to discover the sound originated from the police station. Following the explosion, police vehicles patrolled the area throughout the night, with sirens blaring.
