Shahid Ansari: The First Ambassador of Mobile Journalism in the Journalism World

Those who have realized the changing mood of journalism ahead of time are today the pioneers of successful journalism and are also riding the best in this genre. Arriving. There was a time when electronic coverage was unthinkable without cameras and lights, but now a journalist is not only preparing electronic reports with a better quality mobile phone, but also conducting electronic interviews from the same mobile phone. Maharashtra College Shahid Ansari, who graduated in 2007 with journalism as a subject in Urdu and Hindi, started his career when he obtained a diploma in journalism and started trying his luck in electronic journalism.
After making his debut at News, Seven News, Lemon News, The RKB Show, he served as Principal Correspondent at News Express for five years and now serves as Senior Content Editor at India. Apart from his field, Shahid Ansari has learned and understood everything that is part of his profession, that’s why he has mastered every field including desk, field reporting, PCR, flash fire editing. This profession is required.
There is a large number of journalists living in Mumbai, but the name of Shahid Ansari is prominent among the journalists who have made an impact at an early age. It can be rightly said that when mobile journalism started. Shahid Ansari is the first journalist who got access to this skill in Mumbai. The story of Shahid Ansari, who started his career from a local news channel ITN, is also interesting. During his stay in Nagpara, Mumbai, when he saw the pile of injustice step by step, he undertook to raise his voice against it. He had not even completed his graduation when he started working on small stories and became the voice of the weak and powerless. A fifty-year-old old woman, who was having some impure eyes on her little girl, suddenly Shahid Ansari came to know about it and raised his voice against this cruelty through his reporting. As a result, the superiors freed the family from oppression and action was taken against the errant police constable. This success boosted Shahid’s morale and he diligently took up the service through journalism. The reporting is seen by Shahid Ansari. The interesting thing is that when Shahid Ansari’s voice-over is in the background on a story shot from a mobile phone, no one can say that it was completed by someone only from a mobile phone.
Mobile Journalism also known as “Mojo” is now common in electronic media. Instead of cameraman, light and sound, Obi-Wan, now journalist covers the whole story with just a mobile phone and a hand stick and does it by himself. He edits and sends it to his telecast station. However, only when there is a planned interview or on special occasions are cameramen present. In the beginning, when this technique became common and mojo journalism started, most of the journalists stayed away instead of learning this technique of journalism, but Shahid Ansari made this journalism his cover in the beginning and gained so much skill that Now in a company like ETV India, he is the only representative from Mumbai. Shahid’s talent and ability to tell stories is such that Mumb…
They say that it is very important to know different languages to work in the media, so Shahid Ansari has acquired special skills in this too and while he has mastered the national languages Hindi and Urdu, he also speaks and understands Marathi, Arabic and English. Computer education is such that even the best editors will be surprised by which software or app they edited the video.
Shahid Ansari, the son of late Naseer Ahmed, has worked on hundreds of stories, but among the stories that had a far-reaching impact on Maharashtra, the story of Byculla Jail is important, in which six policemen were jailed for the murder of a prisoner. Padi and several officials were suspended, saying that there was a lot of pressure on Shahid Ansari not to do this story and to suppress the news, but he risked his life and told the story in the light of all the evidence. Did the duty of safeguarding democracy. Another story that shook Maharashtra politics was the story of black money lying with NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal, on the basis of which the Anti-Corruption Bureau in Mumbai, Nagpur and Kokatta. I raided and registered a case against more than fifty fake accounts and sent Chhagan Bhujbal behind bars. Similarly, the story against the Deputy Superintendent of Police of the Anti-Corruption Bureau was also very important, which made the government employees aware of corruption. I used to make arrests and recover from them myself. Stories like this of Shahid Ansari have built his reputation and saved the integrity of journalistic journalism from being tarnished and crime reporting as well as political and community reporting. He tried to pave the way for a change in the society.
It is impossible to deny the fact that crime reporting in Mumbai is a difficult and dangerous job, in such a situation, Shahid Ansari has not only presented the news of the underworld to the world, which the civil society was not familiar with. He has also done a great feat by exposing the differences between the police department, which is used by the anti-social elements to make their own way. This is the reason why on Wikipedia, Shahid Ansari is considered as one of the selected mojo journalists of India who are playing a prominent role in mojo journalism.

Kasara mumbra railway accident Media is not interested in general issues: Raj Thackeray

Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray described the Kasara Mumbra train accident as unfortunate and said that travelling by railway is the most difficult thing. In the evening, the platform is so crowded that it is difficult to board the trains. Despite this, passengers travel by railway. There is no planning in the cities. This is the reason why the condition of the railway is poor. Accidents happen to those travelling by railway every day. Cities are only building skyscrapers in the name of development projects, in which there is no parking arrangement. The traffic problem is the same as it is. The traffic problem in Mumbai and Pune police stations is very worrying.
The burden of passengers on the railway has increased. There is no separate arrangement for the people of Mumbai in the railways. The condition of the passengers is bad, but the media has nothing to do with these problems. Instead of running the news of when Raj Thackeray and Uddhav Thackeray will come together, if they had drawn the government’s attention to these problems, a solution would have been found. Cities will not develop with metro and monorail alone. Despite metro and monorail, vehicle registration has not stopped. There is no study of who travels by metro and monorail. The problem of traffic on the roads still persists. In such a situation, there is a need to pay attention to urban problems. I demand the Ministry of Railways to pay attention to this.

Hunger strike against installation of cement pillars on Kurla Sheetal Pond

Mumbai: Local slum dwellers have started a phased hunger strike in an attempt to hide slums due to the beautification of Kurla Sheetal Pond. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Pond is a religious pond and Ganpati and Devi are immersed here. This year, cement pillars have been installed on the banks of the pond to hide the slum dwellers adjacent to the pond, which has angered the people.
Nationalist Congress Party Ajit Pawar Group leader and social activist Ghanshyam Bhapkar had started a hunger strike on this issue, but due to his deteriorating condition, he was taken to the hospital. But now local people have started joining this hunger strike. Now this hunger strike has turned into a phased hunger strike. Ghanshyam Bhapkar, who is on hunger strike, alleges that this work has been done to hide the slums, whereas if any accident happens, it will be difficult for the slum dwellers to escape and this also endangers the safety of the residents. There is opposition to this project, but the BMC administration is adamant and the work is going on, that is why we are also on a hunger strike. When Assistant Municipal Commissioner of Kurla L Ward Dhanji Harlekar was asked about this matter, he did not receive the call. Bhapakar has alleged that the people living in slums are worried about these cement pillars. This work has been done only to hide the slums, which is not acceptable to the public. He said that if there is a fire in Sangdewadi, then this is the only route from where people can be evacuated, but this is also being stopped. Making serious allegations, Bhapakar has called it a conspiracy to close the way to Sheetal Lake for the people living in slums. A campaign has been started to save Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Lake and a hunger strike is also going on in this regard.
