Mumbai’s Court sent notice to Rana couple for violating bail conditions

Navneet Rana, MP from Amravati, interacted with the media after being discharged from the hospital on Sunday, in which she strongly targeted the Thackeray government and husband Ravi Rana also challenged BMC and Sanjay Raut while talking to the media. Maharashtra government has again approached the court after Rana couple spoke to the media. In which they pled to reject the bail of Rana couple and Issuance of non-bailable warrant against them. Government lawyer Pradeep Gharat filed a petition in the session court regarding this issue.

Rana couples were arrested by Mumbai police due to thier threat to recite hanuman chalisa outside Matoshree, the personal residence of Maharasthra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray. Hearing this petition, the Mumbai Sessions Court has issued a notice to the Rana couple to sought an answer as to why not a non-bailable warrants should be issued against both of them because they are accused of violating the conditions of bail. Now, it is to be seen as what will be Rana couples reply to this notice issued to them.

On the other hand, Navneet Rana said that if she is being put to jail due to reading hanuman chalisa and chanting Ram’s name then she is ready to be behind the bars for 14 years not just 14 days. On the allegations of violating the conditions of bail, Navneet Rana said that we have talked to the media about the misbehavior done to us in jail, We have not violated any bail conditions. We have not spoken at all about the allegations imposed on us. As far as the notice of the court is concerned, I am in Delhi right now and the notice will be answered after coming back.
Let us tell you that Navneet Rana can meet Home Minister Amit Shah and some big BJP leaders in Delhi.

Mumbai Mankhurd Shivaji Nagar bridge should be opened for weighing vehicles: Abu Asim Azmi

Mumbai: Maharashtra Samajwadi Party leader and MLA has demanded in the assembly that a flyover bridge should be started for heavy vehicles to curb fatal accidents in Mankhurd Shivaji Nagar. Fatal accidents are happening every month in Mankhurd Shivaji Nagar. Earlier there were high tension wires on the bridge built on GM Link Road, then the bridge was closed due to heavy vehicles. Later the wires were also removed and the flyover department has also allowed heavy vehicles to pass, however, heavy vehicles are still not being allowed to move. Today in the House, a demand was made to start the movement of heavy vehicles on this bridge. Abu Asim Azmi said that recently a tragic accident took place here in which three people died.

Wanted accused in Mumbai 1993 riots arrested after 32 years

Mumbai: Police have claimed to have arrested one of the most wanted accused involved in the 1993 Mumbai riots. Mumbai’s Wadala police arrested a fugitive accused who was on the run for 32 years during an operation to search for wanted accused. 54-year-old Arif Ali Hashimullah Khan has been arrested from Antop Hill. The accused did not appear in court during the hearing. A warrant was also issued against him, after which the police arrested the accused and presented him in the court and the court ordered his remand. This operation was carried out by Mumbai Police Commissioner Deven Bharti and Port Zone DCP Vijay Sagar.
