A very shocking information has come to light under the Dandoshi Police Station of Mumbai, where a girlfriend stole her husband’s jewelry to run away with her lover and handed it over to her lover and then went to the police station herself and lodged a complaint of jewelry theft.

During the investigation of the case, Dandoshi Police made a big disclosure and arrested the wife on charges of jewelry theft and seized about ten and a half tolas of gold jewelry from her.

Actually, this case is from the house of BMC employee Ramesh Dhondu Haldev located in Santosh Nagar of BMC Colony, Goregaon East, where Ramesh’s wife Urmila Ramesh Haldev suddenly told her husband Ramesh that her jewelry was missing from the cupboard. She started accusing her husband Ramesh of theft. Ramesh said that he had no idea about the jewelry. After this, Ramesh and his wife lodged a complaint of jewelry theft from the house at the Dandoshi Police Station.

When Dandhoshi Police Station sub-inspector Ajit Desai started investigating the case, he found out that it was not a case of burglary but a family member was involved in the theft and was misleading the police.

When police officer Ajit Desai started investigating the case, he did not find any clue.

After a few days, the police suspected that if there was no burglary in the house, then where did the jewellery go?

When the police started collecting the call details and location of the mobile phones of all the people present in the house, they got another shocking information.

In their investigation, the police found out that BMC employee Ramesh’s wife Urmila was having an affair with someone else and Ramesh’s wife was planning to run away from the house with her lover. But before running away, she wanted to make her lover a millionaire so that she could enjoy her life with this money. That’s why she made this plan and stole the jewellery from her own house and sold it and transferred about Rs 10 lakh to her lover’s account.

Not only this, the police got another shocking information. The call details also revealed that Urmila also had an affair with her 18-year-old daughter’s boyfriend and had given some of the stolen jewelry to him to keep with him. The call details revealed that after the incident, she was in constant touch with her daughter’s boyfriend and used to talk to him on the phone throughout the day.

When the police detained the daughter’s boyfriend and interrogated him on the basis of the phone call, he initially refrained from telling any story, but under the pressure of the police, he told the whole story and told all the details of the case, saying that Urmila had stolen jewelry from her house and sold it to her boyfriend and had also given some jewelry to him.

When the Dindoshi police interrogated Urmila and her daughter’s boyfriend face to face, Urmila confessed that she was planning to leave her BMC employee husband and run away with her lover.

The police have seized the stolen jewelry from the jewelry shop mentioned by Urmila and arrested Urmila and sent her to judicial custody.

According to Mahendra Shinde, senior police inspector of Dindoshi police station, Urmila and Ramesh were married about 18 years ago. Ramesh is a government employee in the water department in the BMC ward of Andheri. When he used to go to office, his wife Urmila used to chat with her lover on social media. Both of them fell in love and planned to run away from home with stolen jewelry and money. Urmila also had an affair with her daughter’s boyfriend. That is why she had given some of the stolen jewelry to him and asked him to hide it. Urmila had accused the police of not investigating properly, while a complaint of theft of this jewelry from the house had already been lodged, which has not been found yet. Urmila had said that she was sure that the stolen jewelry would not be found this time too. This is the reason why the police were repeatedly suspecting Urmila. At present, Urmila has been arrested and sent to judicial custody and the case is being investigated.
