Even if the party gives the ticket, it will not take it now, Gopal Shetty has filled the independent candidature form

Mumbai: The atmosphere in Maharashtra is currently very tense due to the assembly elections. Tuesday is the last day to file nominations. Therefore, many veterans have filed their nominations today. On the other hand, many leaders who did not get the nomination or whose tickets were cut have rebelled. Atul Shah rebelled after Shayna NC got the nomination from Shiv Sena in Mumbadevi constituency. On the other hand, former MP Gopal Shetty is upset because Sanjay Upadhye was given the nomination from Borivali assembly constituency and has filed his nomination as an independent. Meanwhile, before filing the application, Gopal Shetty has taken a tough stance that even if the party gives me a ticket now, I will not take the ticket.” Therefore, it is being said that Gopal Shetty has now given up on the party in a way.
So the decision was taken… :
People love me a lot. I have filed my nomination today for the love of the people. Wrong is happening in the Borivali assembly constituency. Everyone knows that. Saying that it is my effort to stay with the Bharatiya Janata Party and correct whatever is happening here, Gopal Shetty has filed his nomination as an independent candidate from the Borivali assembly constituency. My fight is not against any one person. It is against this decision. Sanjay Upadhye has been given the nomination from the BJP. He is a good worker. He has done good work. Also, from which party would I have contested the election. But I did not do so. Why do we have to import candidates here every time or why do we have to get external candidates? While interacting with the media, Gopal Shetty also said that I have taken this decision keeping in mind the public sentiment here. I have said. I want people to vote for me. Injustice is being done to the people of Borivali. That is why I have taken this stand. Now even if the party gives me a ticket, I will not withdraw, Gopal Shetty has made a big statement. Therefore, Shetty has now come out of the BJP in a way and has filed his nomination as an independent candidate.
Why do we have to import candidates?:
Meanwhile, the Borivali assembly constituency falls in the North Mumbai Lok Sabha constituency. Therefore, the BJP has considerable strength here, and the North Mumbai Lok Sabha constituency is considered a stronghold of the BJP. Piyush Goyal won here in the Lok Sabha elections by a big margin. There are many BJP MLAs in this constituency. But here, whether it is the Lok Sabha or the Assembly elections, why do we always have to import candidates or ask for external candidates? Gopal Shetty has raised this question. Local activists are not getting justice. Local activists are upset, so we have called for a rebellion, Gopal Shetty has said. Meanwhile, it will be interesting to see how Shetty’s party persuades or convinces him after he calls for a rebellion.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi criticizes Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis

Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, while addressing a press conference after the cabinet meeting here today, termed the allegations of Lok Sabha opposition leader Rahul Gandhi against the Election Commission of India (EC) as baseless and said that Rahul Gandhi had not complained to the Election Commission regarding this but his cell had corresponded with the Election Commission regarding this. The Election Commission has sent a 60-page reply to all the objections, despite this, Rahul Gandhi is lying. His job is to lie. He said that Operation Sindoor is a source of pride for the country and cannot be questioned, but people are also questioning it. Several political leaders have different opinions on this. Someone hides something in the newspaper.
The Chief Minister said that the economy of 25 crore people has improved and they have risen above the poverty line. To say that some people have benefited is to say that some people earn a few paise more, but even the last person has got an opportunity. The country’s economy is developing rapidly. Devendra Fadnavis refused to say anything on Jayant Patil’s resignation from the responsibilities of the state president, but he did say this much that it is necessary to understand why Jayant Patil expressed his desire to resign from all responsibilities.
