This pledge was fulfilled in the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections. For this reason, on behalf of Shiv Sainiks and all the citizens of the state, Eknath Shinde and all the elected MPs and MLAs will be given a grand civic reception.” He further said, “Under the leadership of Shinde Saheb, 7 Shiv Sena MPs were elected in the Lok Sabha while 57 Shiv Sena MLAs were elected in the Assembly. In the Assembly, Shiv Sena got 15 lakh 63 thousand 917 more votes than the Ubatha group. The voters of the state showed faith in Shinde’s leadership.” Shewale also said that this victory is dedicated to revered Balasaheb Thackeray. Ladki sisters have a big contribution in this victory of Mahayuti. Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Shiv Sena ministers will be felicitated by those Ladki sisters. On this occasion, a musical programme of Sonu Nigam and Avadhoot Gupte will also be organised.

Shiv Sena and Mumbai Mahapalika have an emotional connection.

Shewale said that Mumbaikars have always elected Shiv Sena as the Mayor by voting for Dhanushbaan. Now Shiv Sena will again take a pledge on January 23 to hoist the saffron flag on Mumbai Mahapalika and make Mahayuti the Mayor. For this, branch level meetings will be organized in Mumbai city from January 24 to January 30. New executive will be announced in Mumbai city in the first week of February, and Mahapalika elections will be contested through this executive. Shewale said that February 9 is the birthday of Shiv Sena’s main leader Eknath Shinde, and on this occasion, membership campaign and district level meetings will be organized from January 23 to February 9 to express gratitude to the voters.

There will be a big political upheaval on January 23

When asked by reporters about the allegations made by opponents against Shiv Sena minister Uday Samant, Shewale said, “15 MLAs of Ubatha faction and 10 MLAs of Congress are willing to join Shiv Sena and there will be a big political upheaval on January 23.” Shewale said opponents were spreading false news about Shiv Sena because they were scared. “Before discussing who will become Uday, the existence of Ubatha faction should be taken into consideration,” Shewale said in a scathing attack on Sanjay Raut. He criticised the Mahavikas Aghadi, saying it was formed only for selfishness and power. “When power goes and selfishness ends, cracks start appearing in it. Leaders of some parties are seen trying hard to save their existence and save their families,” Shewale said, targeting the Ubatha faction.
