MP Sanjay Singh addressed the public at Eidgah Maidan Sunni Masjid Bilal against the Waqf Amendment Act

Mumbai: A public meeting was held at Dotanki Sunni Masjid Bilal Eidgah Maidan against the Waqf Amendment Act in which the chief guest and special guest Member of Parliament Sanjay Singh addressed the public. The program was presided over by Pir Tariqat Quaid Ahle Sunnat, President of All India Sunni Jamiat-ul-Ulema and Sajjada Nashin of Khanqah Alia Kachchha Muqaddasa Hazrat Allama Maulana Syed Moinuddin Ashraf Al-Ashraf Al-Jilani. And the patronage was provided by Quaid-e-Millat Bani Raza Academy Vice President All India Sunni Jamiat-ul-Ulema. A large number of scholars, imams, scholars, intellectuals of the nation and the public participated. The program began with the recitation of the Quran. Member of Parliament Sanjay Singh explained with great clarity and arguments that the Waqf Amendment Act is not in favor of Muslims. He said that I have also said this in Parliament and I will say until the last moment that this law has been made to usurp the property of the Waqf.

He said in an emotional manner that according to the Constitution of India, which was written by Baba Saheb Ambedkar, in Articles 25 and 26, it is still there that people of every religion are allowed to worship according to their own religion. And they have the complete right to spend religious property on their religious works, the current Waqf Amendment Act is also against Articles 25 and 26. He has openly said that the current government does not want the welfare of Muslims, but rather their aim is to benefit their close people. Highlighting the shortcomings of the Waqf Amendment Act, he said that there is an act in it that only those who have practiced their religious affairs for five years can do waqf.

He mocked Modi and said that how will you find out which Muslim has prayed for five years or not, fasted or not, visited the mosque or not, will Modi install CCT at the house of every Muslim? The current government is saying that Muslims will benefit by Rs. 12,000 crore. I say, what is the need to disturb so many Muslims for the benefit of twelve thousand crores, just bring back one man, Nirav Modi, who has scammed twenty thousand crores and fled, out of which twelve thousand crores should be given to the Muslims, and you take the remaining eight thousand crores. There is an act in the Waqf Amendment Act that the documents of the endowment will have to be presented, the question arises that how can the documents of the property that was endowment five hundred years ago be provided. While the current government itself admitted a few years ago that all the properties of the endowment have been made online on the basis of documents, what is the point of asking for the documents now. Finally, he said that not only Muslims are against this black law, but secular Hindus are also included in it, more than two hundred non-Muslim members of parliament have voted against this bill. Even today, Hindus and Muslims want to live together, only a few people do the work of spreading hatred. Moin Al-Mashaikh said that we can never accept the black Waqf Amendment Act.

This law will end the protection of Waqf property. Then the government will arbitrarily give it to whoever it wants. We will continue to fight against this law until the last moment. Protecting Waqf property is our national and religious duty. We cannot give up on it. Moin Al-Mashaikh thanked Sanjay Singh and said that you told the people about this law and informed them about its shortcomings. You gave your valuable time for which we are grateful. Al-Haj Muhammad Saeed Noori, founder of Raza Academy, said that the Waqf Amendment Act is a direct attack on Waqf property. It cannot be tolerated. We are ready to fight every fight to end this black law. MLA Amin Patel, while expressing his views, said that Moin Al-Mashaikh has been standing in the field against this law since day one and will continue to fight. This law is not for the rights of Muslims but has been made to snatch their rights. Maulana Amanullah Raza, Maulana Abbas, Nizamuddin Ra’in, and other scholars, imams, and intellectuals spoke.

Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has made it clear on the Hindi-Marathi language dispute that linguistic discrimination and violence cannot be tolerated. If anyone instigates violence in the name of Marathi language or takes the law into his own hands, strict action will be taken against him because it is the government’s responsibility to maintain law and order. He said that in the Mira Road Hindi Marathi violence case, the police have registered a case and taken action.

A committee has been formed in the matter of Marathi and Hindi language. Whatever is better for the students on its recommendation, the government will implement it. No decision has been taken under anyone’s pressure. He said that the recommendation for Hindi language was made during the Maha Vikas Aghadi rule itself, but now these same people are opposing it. The public knows everything.

He said that in this election, BJP has got 51 percent Marathi votes. Violence and discrimination in the name of language cannot be tolerated. Marathi is a source of pride for us, but we do not oppose Hindi. What will happen if a Marathi businessman in another state is asked to speak his language? In Assam, he was asked to speak Assamese. He said that strict action will be taken against those who break the law.

Mumbai: On the fourth day in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, the opposition created a ruckus over declaring Wari as urban Naxal and has made serious allegations against the government of insulting Wari. On the fourth day of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, the opposition has made several serious allegations against the ministers of the government while protesting on the steps of the Vidhan Bhavan. The ministers included in the cabinet of the state government are misusing their powers and occupying government lands in the state.

Just as the ruling front is trying to defame the holy pilgrimage of Hinduism, Wari, by calling Vitthurai and Warkars urban Naxalites and urban Maoists, in the same way it is insulting Wari Palkhi. This is reprehensible. Members of the Maha Vikas Aghadi staged a strong protest on the steps of the Vidhan Bhavan against the ruling front and accused the government of insulting Wari. In this demonstration, the members also raised slogans cursing the government and said that due to the scamster government, farmers are dying of hunger and the ministers are calling the laborers urban Naxalites.
