Dharavi fire, cylinder explosion, illegal parking, Mumbai Police registered a case

Mumbai: After a fire broke out in Dharavi PMC Colony in Mumbai, the police have registered a case against those who parked illegally. This fire incident happened due to illegal parking and a truck loaded with gas cylinders. Mumbai Police has registered a complaint in this matter and investigation is going on. The area in Dharavi, Mumbai, where the fire incident took place, is known for large-scale illegal parking and the fire engulfed all the vehicles parked here. This also endangered the lives of people, so the police have registered a case against those who were negligent and illegally parked vehicles. This complaint has been lodged by a constable of Mumbai Police.
According to which, a gas cylinder loaded in a truck exploded due to illegal parking in Dharavi, after which Mumbai Police has registered a case for illegal parking of the truck and other violations of the law. At 9:50 am, the gas cylinder loaded in the truck caught fire, causing panic in the area. The truck was parked illegally in a double parking lot. Driver Babu Gopal Pujari had parked the truck here. It supplies gas cylinders of HP company and its owner is Vinod Suresh Kolkar, manager is Nakesh Subhash Navale, driver of tempo is Velu Nadarha, owner of truck is Anil Kumar Gulab Chandra Gupta, while illegal parking operators are Taufiq Sheikh, Tariq Zubair Sheikh. This accident and fire happened due to illegal parking here, so the police have registered a case against them.
Police have registered a case against 9 accused in this case and other drivers and owners who parked vehicles here. Police have registered a case against the accused. Case has been registered under sections 285, 287, 288, 324 and other sections. This accident happened in an illegal parking lot near PMG Colony in Dharavi. There was chaos in the area due to the explosion of gas cylinders loaded in the truck. The fire brigade vehicles have controlled the fire after a lot of effort. There was no loss of life in this, but the vehicles present there caught fire.
The police have registered a case in this matter and started investigation. In this case, the police has said that this incident happened due to illegal parking here and double parking was also done on the roadside.

Mumbai: Four year old child kidnapped and killed, identified as kidnapped

Mumbai: Mumbai Police has claimed to have arrested 25-year-old Akshay Ashok Garud for the kidnapping and murder of a four-year-old child in Mumbai. An acquaintance named Garud first kidnapped a 4-year-old child under the limits of Kandivali police station in Mumbai and then killed the kidnapped child.
A complaint was lodged with the Kandivali police on March 22 in this case. To search for the child, the police had formed 6 teams under the supervision of DCP Anand Bhuite. They examined 150 to 200 CCTV footage of Kandivali, Borivali, Malad, Andheri, Santacruz, Virar and Surat city. In this, clues were found about the accused and the absconding accused was hiding in Surat. After this, the police team arrested him from Surat, Gujarat.
This action was taken on the instructions of Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar, Additional Police Commissioner of North Zone Abhishek Trimukhe, ACP Neeta Padvi, Senior Inspector Ravinder Adane. The incident was carried out under the leadership of the police and the accused has been arrested. Mumbai Police has started further investigation into the matter.

Looting gang busted, 5 arrested

Mumbai: Mumbai Police has busted a gang involved in night robbery. Wadala Truck Terminal Police also claimed to have arrested five members of the gang who committed the night robbery.
According to the police, accused Nizam-ul-Haq Ishak Shaikh, 32, was arrested and Rs 6,000 was seized from his possession. He hails from West Bengal. Investigation revealed that 2 to 4 cases are registered against the gang in Mumbai. The accused had committed a robbery of Rs 3 lakh at night in Wadala and also stole gold and silver jewelry from a house. In this case, Nizam-ul-Haq was arrested and stolen goods worth Rs 1 lakh were seized from his possession. Two more people were with him.
In Mumbai, 26-year-old Arbaaz Ali Mohsin Malik was arrested from Behrampara Bandra in connection with the theft of Rs 6 lakh in 2023. Ankit, 25, and Mahesh Gupta, 25, have been arrested. These three accused are in police custody. 8 to 10 cases are registered against them. Cash worth Rs 1.5 lakh has been seized from them. It is being investigated where the accused have committed theft outside Mumbai.
On the instructions of Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar, DCP Ragasudha and Senior Inspector Ramesh Jadhav have carried out this action.
