Mumbai based advocate Dr. Syed Ejaz Abbas `Naqvi’ has wrote a complaint to President Of India Ram Nath Kovind in relation to two sensitive cases like ‘War Room Leak Case’ and ‘Sub Marine Deal aka Scorpion Bribe case’. The advocate complaint against Anil Ambani, officials and directors of the “Thales Group’ Abhishekh Verma, Varun Gandhi, MP and Pakistani origin models for offences of cognizable nature viz, criminal conspiracy, sedition, fraud, adultery, criminal misconduct, misuse of official position and cheating etc.

The reason behind the complaint – Unlawful allotted of 500 acers of land by the SEEPZ Mihal, Nagpur to JV of ‘THALES GORUP’ and Anil Ambani led Reliance Defense Ltd.

In a letter to Indian President, advocate Dr. Syed Ejaz Abbas stated, “Sir, I, the above named advocate, professing, pleading and acting as noble profession of advocate since last 17 years in the different Court of Law across the Country. I wanted to address and complain you as below; Accused Varun Gandhi is a member of Parliament since 2009. On the basis of his deep information and knowledge in the defense sector, he has been nominated on the board of the Select Committee on Defense. Further Varun Gandhi was a member of the high-powered Defence Consultative Committee. The committee is responsible for decision taking on a lot of the high-powered defence purchases in the country. According to a letter by New York-based lawyer Edmonds Allen, his tenure in the committee was not all that it should have been. According to Allen, Gandhi was “honey trapped” or blackmailed into giving information on a high-powered deal in exchange for keeping photographs and CDs of his encounter with sex workers abroad a secret. The blackmail was made by arms dealer Abhishek Verma.”

The advocate also added, “This letter of 2518/16 to PM,RM, NSA gave evidence against notorious Arms dealers consultative company Thales middleman also behind Navy war room leak. No action. Instead Rafale deal also.
Abhishekh Verma agent of the the ThAales Defence Group has acted as front man for the bribes and bribes management. Here it is important to look into the Scorpene Submarine Scam Scam Amount Rs.500 Crore and Pranab Mukherjee October 2005. Defense minister Pranab Mukherjee approved the Rs 19,000 Crore submarine deal with French company Thales. In 2005, A. K. Antony entered the Rajya Sabha and was inducted into the Union Council of Ministers as Defence Minister following Natwar Singh’s expulsion from the Congress and Pranab Mukherjee’s transfer to the Ministry of External Affairs India sign one of its biggest ever arms purchase contracts to procure six Scorpene submarines from ‘Thales Defense’. Contract was signed in year 2005 but India will get the first Submarine in year 2015. in 2008, Malaysian government also bought the Submarine , media said kickbacks were paid, and there was delay in transfer of technology to Malaysia and sub marines also.
Regarding this scandalous deal “Outlook magazine” exposed 4 emails. One mentioned an e-mail from Jean Paul Perrier, CEO of Thales, to Abhishek Verma, a businessman who has been previously named by the CBI and Enforcement Directorate in several cases of financial fraud. (Incidentally, he is the one who revealed the name of Vincent George, private secretary to Sonia Gandhi, in a case of amassing wealth disproportionate to known sources of income, which is still pending with the CBI.)
it is on the record that According to outlook Jean Paul Perrier, CEO wrote to Abhishek Verma that ‘We confirm the payment of 4 per cent of the Scorpene contract price,’
If true, the payoffs are over Rs 500 Crore. Please look into “War Room Leak Case” in this case CBI took over investigations on February 18, 2006 but did not register a preliminary enquiry till December 20, 2007. It has been brought on record before the Courts that initially the CBI was shielding the Abhishekh Verma. How ‘War link case” and “Sub Marine Deal aka Scorpion Bribe case” both are related with each other and committed one by one.”
