India Most Wanted movie teaser to be attached to Kalank drama

The makers of Arjun Kapoor’s “India’s Most Wanted” have decided to attach its teaser to Abhishek Varman’s period drama “Kalank”.
Inspired from true events, “India’s Most Wanted” unfolds the story of the mission that captured the country’s most wanted terrorist, without firing a single bullet. In the Raj Kumar Gupta directorial, Arjun will be seen essaying the role of an intelligence officer for the first time on the silver screen.
Writer-director Gupta confirmed the new development.
The teaser of the film will be released digitally on Tuesday.
Produced by Fox Star Studios, Rajkumar Gupta and Myra Karn, the film is slated to release on May 24.
“Kalank” stars Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sonakshi Sinha. Along with the varied hues of love, the period drama will also highlight the trials and tribulations of love with the spotlight on communal tensions.
Presented by Fox Star Studios, the film is produced by Dharma Productions, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta, and co produced by Fox Star Studios. It will release on Wednesday.

Alia Bhatt announces production house

Actress Alia Bhatt has launched her production house Eternal Sunshine Productions. She has posted her company’s logo on Instagram along with the official announcement.
“And I am so happy to announce… PRODUCTION! Eternal Sunshine Productions. Let us tell you tales. Happy tales. Warm and fuzzy tales. Real tales. Timeless tales,” she wrote on Sunday night.
Alia Bhatt’s sister Shaheen too posted about the production house on her Instagram page.
The news about Alia’s production house has been doing rounds since 2019 but nothing official was said about it so far.
Alia will soon be seen in filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Gangubai Kathiawadi” and also has “Brahmastra”, “RRR” and “Darlings” lined up over the next months.

Ranbir Kapoor-Parineeti Chopra starrer ‘Animal’ on Dussehra 2022

The Ranbir Kapoor-Parineeti Chopra starrer Animal will hit screens on Dussehra 2022. Members of the cast — Parineeti, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol — took to Twitter on Monday to confirm the release date.
“ANIMAL in cinemas Dussehra 2022!,” posted Parineeti, while Bobby, who is also part of the film tweeted: “ANIMAL starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Parineeti Chopra, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga to have a Dusshera 2022 release. Animal is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Pranay Reddy Vanga, Murad Khetani & Krishan Kumar.”
The film marks Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s return as director after the 2017 Telugu blockbuster “Arjun Reddy” and its equally popular Bollywood remake “Kabir Singh”.
“Animal” is a gangster drama that revolves around the ever-changing nature of the relationship shared by the characters where the protagonist becomes like an animal in nature.
Parineeti plays Ranbir’s wife in the film while Anil plays his father. According to reports, the film is expected to go on floors in June.

Amitabh Bachchan thanks fans for concern over his health

Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan has thanked fans who expressed concern following his blog announcement that he was undergoing a surgery.
The 78-year-old actor did not give out any details about the nature of the procedure or his medical condition, but unconfirmed sources have said he has undergone a cataract surgery.
Overwhelmed by fan concern, the actor posted three folded hand emojis on Twitter.
Big B’s current hospital trip follows last year’s hospitalisation after contracting Covid-19, along with son Abhishek, daughter-in-law Aishwarya, and grand-daughter Aaradhya.
Amitabh has five releases lined up. He will be seen in Rumi Jafry’s psychological suspense drama Chehre, which also stars actor Emraan Hashmi and Rhea Chakraborty.
He is also shooting for Mayday, which has been directed by Ajay Devgn and also stars him and Rakul Preet Singh. He also has Jhund and Brahmastra as well as an untitled film where he shares the screen with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone.
