Heera Gold Group of Companies, CEO Nowhera Shaik’s 10-acre property worth Rs. One Hundred Twenty-Five (125) crores at Tolichowki area is now being in the possession of Salarjung family, who claimed for the land into the court. Later, court-ordered and told police officials that the property should be handed over to the Salarjung family. Well, it is reported that before the arrest of Nowhera Shaik by the Hyderabad police on October 16, 2018, she has handed over the property to Pride India Avenues Pvt Ltd.
A few years ago, Nowhera Shaik has bought the said property of 10 acres and she even built a mosque on the particular place. Almost, 10 days earlier before the arrest, she gave the possession of this 125 crore property to Pride India by taking an advance amount of around 15 crores. Later, Pride India did the construction on the property of over 10 to 15 crores. Well, the surprising thing here is, Salarjung family has filed in the court with the legal papers.
Talking about the whole scenario, Whistleblower and Heera Group Victims Association president Shahbaz Ahmed Khan said, “The Tolichowki based 10 crores property was bought by Nowhera Shaik and later she gave the possession to Pride India by taking an advance of 15 crores. The property’s price is around 125 crore and it was not just Heera Gold’s property – as it was bought by the Investors hard earned money. But it looks like the investors won’t be getting their invested money is return as the property has changed hands.”
Shahbaz Khan further said that even Nowhera Shaik’s lawyer Mohammed Kaleem Ul Haque remains mum about this property as Nowhera Shaik is currently behind the bars. If the Heera Gold actually cared for the investor’s money than they would have claimed their property back and investors could have been benefitted by auction money of the same property.
Meanwhile, there are over 1000 complaints filed against Heera Gold Of Companies for duping investors of their money through her Ponzi scheme. It’s being reported that Heera Gold’s CEO Nowhera Shaik has done the fraud of over 2500 crores and now is in jail.
Mumbai centre treats corona patients for just Rs 1K/day
131 more coronavirus cases confirmed in China.
Amid unending complaints of fleecing by private hospitals and medicos, a centre in north-Mumbai stands out like an oasis of hope for panicky COVID-19 patients.
Since the past couple of months, the Pawan Dham charitable centre in Kandivali west has become a refuge for those infected by corona, even as this middle-class region was recently declared a new ‘hotspot’ after Dharavi slum was on the steady route to ‘recovery’.
“At the Pawan Dham, patients are being charged Rs 1,000 per day for full COVID-19 treatment. This includes lodging-boarding, but they have to pay for certain variables like external tests, etc.,” North Mumbai Bharatiya Janata Party MP Gopal Shetty told IANS.
The brainchild behind the project, Shetty says it was the outcome of the desire of the Jain spiritual leader Namramuni Maharaj, who wanted it to serve the needy masses during this global pandemic.
Accordingly, Pawan Dham — originally a religious-cum-social services centre — was converted into a private dedicated Covid-19 treatment charitable facility, informed its member, Nitin Sunderji Shah, a businessman who oversaw the implementation of the project.
“There are 70-beds in this centre and so far we have already treated and discharged around 200 completely cured patients from here,” Shah said, adding that with the good reputation it has earned, there is already a long waiting list of patients seeking admission.
The centre is manned by a 70-strong army of corona warriors comprising medicos, nurses, support staffers, management functionaries and others who dedicatedly serve in three shifts.
“Till date, only one critical patient had to be shifted to a government facility. Otherwise, all those who approached the centre in time have happily gone home, fully recovered,” Shetty pointed out.
On how the centre manages the treatment with such nominal charges, both Shetty and Shah claim its the cheapest such facility in the country, possible “with the blessings of Namramuni Maharaj, who inspired many to willingly come forward with donations” to run the centre for the yeoman services it is rendering in these difficult times.
A Patient Nikhil J. Shah — who spent around Rs 8,000 for eight days at the centre and returned home fully recovered this week — said the treatment comprised an initial counseling by the doctors to “prepare” the patient for the entire COVID-19 course.
“Many get terrified when they test positive and believe they’re going to die. So, it’s imperative to calm them first to enable them to respond to the treatment well and also keep their equally jittery families free of worry,” explained Shah.
Incidentally, Health Minister Rajesh Tope On Thursday ordered CCTVs to be installed in the COVID-19 ICU wards in all hospitals following complaints of ‘overbilling’, besides a check on ambulance operators who fleece needy patients for ferrying them even short distances.

Of the total fresh cases, 193 have been detected from different quarantine centres while remaining 36 are local contacts.
The number of active cases in the state stands at 2,157 while 5,353 patients have recovered so far.
Due to rising Covid-19 cases in the state capital, the state government has restricted the entry of visitors to the state secretariat.
All the passes issued to visitors for Lok Seva Bhawan, Kharavel Bhawan, Krushi Bhawan and Rajib Bhawan have been temporarily suspended, said the home department.
Any request for entry of outsiders and for such pass holders will only be entertainment on the request received from the office of the Secretaries of the concerned Department to the Special Secretary of the Home department.
