Actor Maniesh Paul joins Varun, Kiara for shoot of ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’

Actor Maniesh Paul on Friday shared that he has started shooting for his next film, Jug Jugg Jeeyo, with Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani.
The film also features Neetu Kapoor and Anil Kapoor, and it marks Maniesh’s first collaboration with filmmaker Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
Posing for a cheerful picture with Varun, Kiara and director Raj Mehta, Maniesh posted on Instagram: “My first day on my first with @dharmamovies. Super excited and thrilled to be sharing the screen with @anilskapoor sir @neetu54 ma’am @varundvn @kiaraaliaadvani @mostlysane directed by @raj_a_mehta paaji #mp #film #newproject #dharma #bollywood #fun #family.”
Varun commented on the post saying: “Welcome home.”
Singer-composer Vishal Dadlani also commented: “Break a leg. Varun and Maniesh in the same film. I think @dharmamovies just solved the global energy crisis (laughing emoji).”

Neetu Kapoor remembers Rishi Kapoor on wedding anniversary

Veteran actress Neetu Kapoor shared a social media post in the memory of her late husband Rishi Kapoor on their 41st wedding anniversary on Friday.
Neetu shared a video on Instagram which comprises a collage of scenes from different films featuring the two of them in their younger days as well as recent years.
Captioning the video, Neetu wrote: “Justtt” along with a heartbroken emoji. “Would have been our 41 years today,” she added.
Bollywood stars Neetu Singh and Rishi Kapoor had tied the knot on January 22, 1980. The coupe are parents to Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and jewellery designer Riddhima Kapoor Sahni.
Rishi Kapoor breathed his last in Mumbai on April 30 last year after a two-year battle with leukemia. Wife Neetu often takes to social media to express her pain of missing him.
Neetu will next be seen in Raj Mehta’s comedy Jug Jugg Jeeyo. She stars alongside Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Prajakta Koli.

Actor Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal head to Alibag for wedding

Bollywood star Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal reportedly left for Alibag along with their families on Friday morning, for their wedding. While the ceremony in on January 24, rituals begin from Friday.
Social media pictures and videos that surfaced on Friday show Varun’s parents David and Karuna Dhawan leaving in one car while his brother Rohit Dhawan along with wife Janvi Dhawan and their daughter leaves in another.
Natasha Dalal was also spotted leaving her residence along with her parents.
Varun and Natasha are reportedly to tie the knot at The Mansion House Resort in Alibag, that is 20 minutes away from Mumbai via speedboat.
Earlier source close to Varun told IANS: “Varun and Natasha will be leaving for Alibag on January 22. They will tie the knot on January 24 and it will be a close-knit family affair, keeping the global pandemic in mind, because there are elder family members in both the families. It will be around 40 people from both the families gather for the occasion.”
On the guest list the source had added that “no Bollywood celebrity will be attending the ceremony now, because then the guest list would cross 500, which is not practically possible, keeping Covid-19 in mind”.

Actress Tamannaah Bhatia: I’m back to my pre-Covid body

Tamannaah Bhatia says she has regained the strength of her pre-Covid days thanks to two months of consistent workout. On Friday, Tamannah shared a gym video on Instagram where she can be seen lifting weight.
“You don’t have to be extreme, just be consistent. 2 months of consistent, supervised workout routines with @devimeena and @kirandembla, and I’m back to my pre-covid body! In your face Covid-19. #BeStrongerThanYourExcuse #MakeItHappen #BeastMode #doiteveryday,” the actress shared.
Tamannaah tested positive for Covid in October. The actress underwent treatment at a hospital in Hyderabad for a week.
She will next be seen in the upcoming Telugu sports drama Seetimaarr. In the film, Tammannah will be playing the role of a Kabaddi coach named Jwala Singh.
The film, which is currently on the floors in Hyderabad, is being helmed by Sampath Nandi and also stars Gopichand in the lead. Actor Rohit Pathak will be seen in a negative character.
